An overview of DREAM™/DCFIL bearing measurement systems

VibroTek's automatic bearing diagnostic applications for bearings use demodulation or envelope detection with filters carefully optimized for bandwidth and frequency. In addition, we can offer software library components which provide both bandpass filters and automatic separation of bearing signals from synchronous signal interference which degrades the accuracy of bearing measurements in roughly 1/3 of all machine cases.
